| STARS, stands for “Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource System”. STARS is a carefully and methodically competed IDIQ contract vehicle that is a second iteration of the highly successful GSA 8a FAST contract. STARS allows federal agencies FAST and STREAMLINED access to the best qualified IT contractors at best prices while receiving eligible small business and 8a participation credit. GSA has organized this contract in to eight distinct areas of IT competency and pre-qualified companies that can deliver specific services, per functional area, based on a proven past performance record. GSA has awarded USmax to provide a full array of IT services spanning Five Functional areas. |
